Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are only available on select products, as indicated on each product listing. If eligible, items must be returned unused, in original packaging, within the timeframe stated on the listing. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the item.

If a product is not listed as returnable, all sales are final.


Exchanges

Exchanges are only accepted if your item arrives damaged or defective. You must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo or video evidence. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

We do not exchange for change of mind or incorrect sizing where size info was provided.


Shipping

Shipping times, costs, and carriers vary by product — see each listing for specifics. Processing times do not include weekends or holidays. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

International orders may incur customs duties or import fees, which are the customer's responsibility. We are not liable for carrier delays or packages marked as delivered to the correct address.

Make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout — we cannot guarantee changes after an order is placed.


Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a dispute — most issues are resolved quickly. We keep full records of every transaction and will dispute any chargeback that falls within the terms of this policy. Fraudulent chargebacks will be reported and may result in a permanent account ban.
